  • Say NO to work that you don’t want to do.
  • Don’t hesitate to talk about your disability in the workplace.
  • Educate people about different aspects of mental/ psychological disabilities.
  • Try to make the workforce more inclusive so that the authorities hire/work with people from different walks of life.
